Visitor data: We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP addresses to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics only run after you consent via our cookie banner.
Inquiry form data: When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, email, company name, and message. This data is shared only with the consultant(s) you select.
Consultant data: We publish business information about compliance consultants based on publicly available data (legitimate interest) or information they submit directly (consent).
Visitor analytics: consent. Inquiry forms: consent (checkbox required). Consultant listings: legitimate interest for publicly available business data; consent for self-submitted data.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact us at info@aiactadvisors.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If a consultant requests removal of their listing, we will delete it within 72 hours.
